What I Eat in a Day and Why

Today I dive deep into something you all have been asking me to discuss for a while! As you all know, I am on a new fitness journey and it looks a little different than what you are used to and a part of that journey is a new way of eating! I am going to discuss how falling out of love with fitness for a while led me down this road in the first place, the food plan that was designed for me by my trainer, the facts behind body fat and what it had to do with my food plan, and so much more with some motivation sprinkled in along the way.
